在IIS中运行asp mvc 3

I installed visual studio 2010, etc. and began an asp mvc3 project a while ago. Right now i want to install it in iis, so that other people can see it in a local network. Does anybody have any links for this information, and steps? This is a school project, i have to run it in different computers to show it.I installed visual studio 2010, etc. and began
