我希望只通过选定的IP地址访问网站上的内容？

I want the content on a website to be accessed by only selected ip addresses. but the dynamic ip keeps changing depending upon the source of internet access. So is there any way by which i can Know the static ip of the computer and not the dynamic one assigned by the ISP from the browser.I want the content on a website to be accessed
