如何以有效的方式从积分中创建三角形？

I have collection of 100 geo points. I want to create triangles (each triangle is a single zone), as many as possible. Now the only criteria to make a side of triangle is that two points can't be further than 5KM. So I need 3 points ABC whereI have collection of 100 geo points. I want to
