将nvarchar数据类型转换为日期时间数据类型会导致超出范围的值

Can someone help me figure out why I am getting this error? I have the same code on my PC and it works fine, but on my friend's laptop it wont work. We have the same SQL Server datetime format. I've already tried to convert the string date format as the same as the SQL Server date format but it still won't work.Can someone help me figure out why I am getting
