Error when trying to RSA-decrypt a parameter string with libcrypto

I am a beginner with the libcrypto library. I am trying to give an encrypted string to a function, decrypt it and return it decrypted. The string is encoded with my public key which which is 4096-bit sized. I am a beginner with the libcrypto library. I a
