主键ID不按顺序排列

I have a table gas_details its consist of 3 records when i insert a new record the id value is 13 instead of 4. I can't edit it as it is set to primary key. When i delete that row and insert new record the id field value is 14. I want it in order!I have a table gas_details its consist of 3 rec
