指针不会在动态数组上打印正确的值

I've already posted a similar question some days ago and I found the solution , this time I tried it with a dynamic array which unfortunately doesn't work at all. The program is supposed to print both the max and min value of the array from a function (that can be done only using pointers, returns 2 values).I've already posted a similar question some day
