在微调器事件之后，Json Listview不会刷新

My issue is i have a list of products on my listview, when i select one of the values from my spinner i save it and send it to retrieve different values from my mysql database, The problem i have is that my listview wont update after i perform the onclick event on my spinner, what am I doing wrong?
