在vb6和ms-access中创建服务器项目

i am making a project in visual basic 6 and ms-access. Its about college management system and is a server based application. Clients can access the system in the server. But the main problem is how can i make my client use the access file located in the server computer.?? if my database file is already opened in the server computer then my clients cannot access the file in the server. Is there any another way to resolve the problem? i am making a project in visual basic 6 and ms-
