在IE11中呈现时，仅在ReportViewer中完全向下滚动后才出现水平ScrollBar

I have a reportviewer control inside a table . The problem is that the horizontal scroll bar for the report is shown only when I scroll completely vertically down in IE11. I want the horizontal scroll bar to be visible normally when the report is rendered without completely scrolling down.I have a reportviewer control inside a table .
