用Time Profiler分析的审查方法

I have used the Time Profiler Instrument to identify a significant lag in my app. Now I know what the problem is, but I don't know what to do about it. I am using ARC and have a viewController that calls the method "Go" as below. I have included a snapshot of the Time Profiler result as well. Does anyone know how I might resolve this?
