无法打开VB项目，出错“C:\windows\system32\mscomctl”。ocx不能加载。

I have a VB project was able to work without any issues, but now when i open the project i am getting the error with mscomctl.ocx. I have re-registered the ocx but still m not able to load the project. Please suggest me on this.I have a VB project was able to work without an
