如何使表格标题可见？

I have a table with a caption aligned to the bottom of the table. The table has many rows. The problem is that the caption is only visible when I scroll the table all the way to the bottom. How to make it visible regardless the number of rows and whether it needs a scrollbar or not?I have a table with a caption aligned to the bo
