如何将文件从亚马逊EC2 linux vps传输到Windows 7家用电脑

Ok i have spent atleast a week trying to get this solved, looked all over and I see alot of solutions... Problem is none of them work for me. I have a linux EC2 instance from amazon.com. I want to move some files from that vps to my computer... I am currently connecting to it from Putty but i have tried Filezilla and alot of other things like that.
