如何将其他文本添加到joomla联系页面

This is my first time using joomla. I don't know if I'm using the concept of a Contact in the wrong way, but I have a Contact Us menu that I've created and I've added the contact details in. I'm looking to add a sentence or two of text above the contact details & the e-mail contact form. There doesn't seem to be a way of doing this via the administration page. Am I doing the right thing?
