如何防止Excel VBA中的窗口闪烁/切换

I know my "question" does look very weird but I hope I can explain what I mean and I hope you guys can help me. I got an Excel VBA code that is running without any errors. I copy from one file to an other file. The Problem I have is that I can see how Excel is switching between the source and the target file (like flickering). I want the macro to copy from the source and paste to target WITHOUT switching between the files (I DON'T want flickering)I know my "question" does look very weird but I
