类模块中的WithEvent不会从Excel VBA中的Let Property变为变量

I think I'm missing something simple here. Trying to use a variable in a Class module. Let and Get work fine. But if I try to use the variable in a different sub in the Class module I just get a value of 0.I think I'm missing something simple here. Tryi
