仅更新已更改的值或同时更新已更改和已更改的值在性能上有区别吗?

I have a settings page where users can choose to update their information. As their information are shown to them as default values in text fields where they can choose to edit, when they submit the form I will update their information even if they aren't changed.I have a settings page where users can choose t
