节点。如何在当前范围之外设置变量

I have some code that I cant get my head around, I am trying to return an array of object using a callback, I have a function that is returning the values and then pushing them into an array but I cant access this outside of the function, I am doing something stupid here but can't tell what ( I am very new to Node.JS )I have some code that I cant get my head around
