即使在同一网络上也无法从外部连接到Apache服务器

I am using Apache 2.4.12 64bit on Windows server 2012 R2. The backend is Python 3.4 Django 1.7. When I am trying to connect on localhost all is fine, but when i tryied to connect from outside even on the same network, I have no luck. No answe, even no 403 forbidden.
