更新firebase信息而不重绘listview

I'm making a voting system in an android app that uses firebase as it's backend. I'm in the process of getting the user's vote status from their history, updating the view accordingly, and responding to vote touches on the buttons. The problem I'm having is that when a user clicks on the up or down vote buttons it redraws the listview, sometimes omitting two of the options, and always moving the scrolling of the view back up to the top. Can I update the data inside of a listview without completely redrawing that listview? If so, how?I'm making a voting system in an android app th
