从Visual Studio连接到SQL Azure

I am trying to connect to an Azure SQL database by creating a new Data Connection from within Visual Studio 2013, latest release for VS and Azure. The database has been created, has tables etc., but I continue to receive the following error:I am trying to connect to an Azure SQL database
