从Android设备上传图像到服务器时错误的文件扩展名

I am trying to upload an image from android device gallery into server. But the selected image extension is not in a form of jpg/png/gif. It is storing with some unknown name as "image%3A55766". Could someone help me in acheving this. Thanks in advance. The same code is working fine with iOS device. I tried this upto now. I am trying to upload an image from android dev
