表单更新不更新相当困惑

Ok so I have tried a few different pieces of code to find that its not doing what I want it to and what it should do, what i have is a form that allows users to change a row they selected but when you change the text in the text boxes then click the submit button which then goes to editdata.php it doesn't change it.Ok so I have tried a few different pieces of co
