把课程放回原来的地方

I have 2 menus. Both of them are placed in different positions. When my screen hits a certain width then both menus disappear and I prepend the second menu to the top, there are 2 buttons for both menus. The problem I'm having is that when I resize my screen to a bigger width I can’t get the second menu to go back to it’s proper place with out it putting the second_menu over and over again when resizing,I have 2 menus. Both of them are placed in diff
