WPF 得到窗体的句柄或者进程后如何才能得到窗体对象？

例如我通过System.Diagnostics.Process[] Pthunder =System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessesByName("xxxx");得到了窗体的进程或者 例如我通过System.Diagnostics.Process[] Pthunder
