VSTS NuGet步骤恢复错误：您无法在CallSite.Target（Closure，CallSite，Object，Object）上调用空值表达式上的方法

I get an error during execute NuGet restore step in Visual Studio Team Services (was Visual Studio Online). I didn’t set nothing special but the error appears. The error is:I get an error during execute NuGet restore ste
