Rails通过Bootstrap-tour重定向回root

I just pushed my RoR application to my staging server and am seeing some odd behavior when I go to a page... it loads then redirects me back to my root_path! This is not the behavior I am seeing in my localhost development environment, which is making it hard for me to debug. I'm hoping someone has seen this type of issue before and/or has some suggestions on how to fix...I just pushed my RoR application to my staging
