PowerShell数据集到Excel的性能提升

I have a PowerShell script which pulls data from DB and pushes it to a excel sheet. I am facing slowness (45 mins approx) while copying the records in the dataset to the excel sheet as the number of records exceed 200K. And I am trying to loop them one by one using the below snippet, which takes more time.
