IIS自动启动不禁用空闲超时

I setup ASP.NET Auto-Start on my Windows Azure Web Role (I use ASP.NET 4.5 and IIS 8 on Windows Server 2012). I basically followed I setup ASP.NET Auto-Start on my Windows Azure
