Excel无法识别某些日期/时间但会识别其他日期/时间

I am generating a list from a database and want to copy-paste it in Excel. I am using an ISO format for the date and time values but Excel recognizes some and doesn't recognize others. Here is an example:I am generating a list from a database and want
