Django/Python - ImportError:无法导入设置的twitter。设置'(它在sys.path上吗?):没有命名为settings的模块

I've recently started my first Django project. I have previously been able to run the command 'python manage.py runserver' without returning any errors but now it returns a long error message which I can't solve...I've recently started my first Django project.
