Anaconda提示加载错误:输入行太长。

I installed Anaconda 64 python 2.7 on Windows 7 64-bit version. After installation, the anaconda prompt can start with no problem. But whenever I restart/shutdown and restart the laptop, the anaconda prompt will display the following error message, and some python packages have problems to load in the jupyter notebook.I installed Anaconda 64 python 2.7 on Windows 7
